There are more signs that the turbulent housing market could be slowing down. Existing homes are selling at the slowest pace in nearly seven years, with the exception of the start of the pandemic, according to an industry report.

If you build it, they will come. The reason people are buying less is because of the prices. The prices are high because of lack of supply. If you build more homes and increase supply, and therefore decrease prices, more people will buy.
