Los Angeles has seen almost as much rain as it usually sees in a year. The latest deluge has put tens of millions at risk of flooding and landslides and led to dramatic rescues of people trapped. NBC News’ Liz Kreutz reports.

The destruction was unavoidable. Massive drought plus massive fires. The rain was always going to destroy stuff.
For so many years residents of California jumped onto the global warming hype, claiming the droughts were due to climate change. Over development in certain areas occurred during the long droughts, then amazingly nature returned with the rain. No different than here in Florida. It is not global warming, but over development in areas with increased probability of storm damage
please help these rich people.
There are four hundred homes there, $2m valuation on average, that's gonna be a billion dollar landslide when all the damage is finally totaled up.
