I'm sorry, that woman was overweight and clearly depressed. I am not psychologist, but her confidence looks shot and probably feels like a man wouldn't want her. This is sad but very common nowadays and exacerbated by the lockdowns. It happens with guys too and even with girls who are not overweight.
This is not a solutions to their problems. It is a band-aid that will come off eventually and probably leave them confused and empty on the other end

Increase in miss information, deep fakes, Birth rates going down, human connection is in the decline and the enviroment is getting punished all at the same time. Resources being consumed in an ever growing stream of consumption. Has any of this sophisticated technology truly helped us outside of modern medicine? Or has it all been distractions? We shame tribal people by calling them unintelligent and backwards but who are really the backwards ones? They have been living in balance with nature for thousands apon thousands of years. Free of all our modern societal illnesses and disease from pollution..and mental illness created by societal pressures.
