I really don't know why NATO don't just place 10000 men in eastern Ukraine spread out on a "training exercise"… They wouldn't dare invade if there are peaceful Americans and fellow freedom lovers in a area they aren't planning on invading anyway so they say. Russians have been reacting to this or that instability or uprising in their neighborhood for years. The US even backed jihadist and terrorist groups in Syria, a very immoral and reckless act that spilled over into even Europe and the whole region is still dealing with. The danger is, Putin is getting a bit unbalanced, provoked as he is by the stress of U.S. threats and troops and weapons being sent over.. War is unthinkable, and Putin never said that he would invade. The narrative was fabricated by the U.S.. The U.S. / corporate news are desperate to trigger war. This is not discussed. The danger is: once a narrative for the invasion is created – making it as if the invasion is already a Reality – it will almost certainly become Reality!
We need an alternative narrative. I think Germany and France are trying to do that. We need to 'surpass' the situation together; 'turn to other purposes' together for all to feel safe and prosper (Heidegger's Verwinding).
