Being in masks for so long cause no antibodies to build up as naturally would have in our children. They are now susceptible to the viruses that are mutating. Good healthy food, plenty of rest and plenty of sunshine helps children’s (and adults immunity). Let them play with other children and viruses will spread and immunities will form. Pray for them.

I had the flu around the beginning of October and it was absolutely terrible. It gave me a major sinus infection that eventually spread past my sinuses and p it me in the hospital for surgery to remove the abscess it created around my eye and above my eyebrow. This flu is terrible this season. They definitely picked the wrong strain for the flu vaccine this year. Even worse than COVID for me (I had COVID for the first time ever 3 weeks before I got that flu; COVID wasn’t bad for me and only lasted 2-3 days before making my asymptomatic, likely thanks to my vaccinations).
I don't trust the CDC. I think they're just deadly captured dope dealers and drug pushers. What do independent non-corrupted medical experts think..🤔💉☣️💀

I'm a preschool teacher, and since I started rinsing out my sinuses with saline, I haven't been down with a bug more than two or three days. No sinus infections or ear infections, and no positive tests for strep, flu, Covid or RSV.
Well, it's back to masks for my wife and myself! Particularly as she has lupus, a heart valve replacement, renal damage, and diverticulitis.

I had something last week that I could not shake for the life of me. I was lethargic, had chills, stomach ache, and a weird congestion in the back of my nose, that was REALLY thick thick. i don't know what it was but thankfully I got over it.

What if doctors and public health officials encouraged people to lead a healthier life, rather than simply run to the doctor in fear and panic, or to the emergency room, every time they get a sniffle or a cough?
Next time they tell you something is safe and effective, realize the winter of death and severe illness is for those of you with compromised immune systems due to the experiment you participated in. It could be worse, youre at least still alive.
Why is everyone getting sick but me. it's been years since I've even had a sniffle. People need to get outside an around people more to strengthen your immune system.
