I left CA years ago because it it totally mismanaged by Democrats. With no contingency plans for any rising disasters. Underbrush removal was halted decades ago and we see the result of that decision with fire after fire. The governor follows his own self interest and refuses to follow constitutional law. This is why CA is in peril, it's leadership is less interested in being proactive to catastrophe and more interested in a train to nowhere.
