I thought in order to file a law suit you need to have standing in a case you have to be a victim or loose money. All these high paid lawyers don't realize this.

The property experts stated that the value of $18m for Mar-o -Largo was incorrect, that value was an estimate of the income generated by the property. But that the property and land are worth more. So No Fraud.
The banks stated they did their own due diligence and appraisals of the properties (like every bank in the world) and they agreed the value of the loan. They stated Trump paid his loans on time, never defaulted. and was a golden client, who they enjoyed having and want to continue working with. So No Fraud.
