Marvin Roffman is a Financial Analyst.
Mr. Roffman doesn't see how financially, Trump is going to be successful, with the Taj Mahal Casino project in the financial climate at the time.
Trump spent a billion dollars on the project.
Mr. Roffman expresses his opinion because that's what Financial Analysts do.
Trump, retaliates against Mr. Roffman and writes a threatening letter to Mr. Roffman's boss, treating to sue the firm if Mr. Roffman doesn't make a public apology or isn't removed from his position at the firm.
Mr. Roffman's firm fires him, after working there for 16 years, because he wouldn't back down from his opinion about Trump and the Taj Mahal Casino.
Mr. Roffman's boss told him to shut up about Trump or he will never work in the industry ever again.
The Taj Mahal failed, and never made a profit, everything Mr. Roffman said came true.
That's what happens when you build a casino in the middle of a recession.

If the banks gave out loans without doing their due diligence that's on them. Especially if Trump gives a disclaimer that says the property evaluation is done my management. That's is not fraud. Unless he actually forged documents to proclaim these evaluations were done by a legitimate property assessment firms. His over evaluations might be extreme in a few cases but I don't see how this is a crime. And where's the victim? She says Trump enriched himself & referred this to the IRS but if Trump "inflated" his net worth wouldn't he have paid more taxes?! I could go into a bank tomorrow & say my house is worth 10 million & I want to borrow 5 million against it. They don't just take my word for it. This AG didn't make any assertions that any banks were claiming losses against Trump. So what the government tries to stick it to Trump for 250 million & just pockets that money.
