With all respect to the victims/tenants, but New York has been questionably old and unstable for quite some time. When I visited NYC it looks like they did a great job renovating all the high income areas. If you live in a low income area ita like they don't care about people's safety when they arent rich. Well with all the lawsuits about to be filed, they will ne rich. Congratulations you owe them money.
