Yeah, that man that is so so unfortunate that this happened to him you can’t blame him.. Its gotten to the point it’s absolutely dangerous in people’s own communities. Those kids that were caught on video of the first time they should be the ones reprimanded parents need to start being in control of their children and start reprimanding them, instead of ignoring, or allowing the Internet, social platforms and gaming consoles to “raise” and “babysit” their children
