Manhattan DA Bragg has allowed criminals to rule by lowering felonies to misdemeanors. The criminal justice system in NYC allows for a revolving door with arrests. No cash bail is one of the culprits and the politicians the Marxists keep electing are fine with allowing chaos on our streets.
