So as long as negligence is spread out you can shoot people with no charges? Nice rules.
I would not be surprised in they brought ciminal charges in this case.
Each time a gun is handed to a performer, the armourer must open the weapon’s breach and present it to the performer with verbal confirmation such as, “The weapon is clear”.
When the performer is satisfied that the gun is not loaded they should audibly confirm “Clear”.
Hmm he broke all the firearm 101 rules, lied about finger not being on trigger, liked about thinking they fainted (rather than he shot them)
Lots of lies, lots of rule breaking and you don't think they can bring criminal negligence charges? And the DA said no one is out of being charged yet. Plus why bring this video out unless you are going to charge them. This video exposes the CBS interview lies. Why would Alec lie?

Baldwin continues to deny his involvement & accountability, despite being the boss on the movie production & being the one responsible for the unsafe & LOW COST movie set. On top of this, Alec is living his happy life and having more children, with his baby-obsessed wife. And Halyna Hutchin's family mourns and grieves her loss.

Every single time he pulls it from the holster and points it at the camera his finger is on the trigger within the trigger guard. HE PULLED THE TRIGGER 100%!
It's obvious he's innocent. 1st Alex Balwin he would never do that in good conscience and 2nd if he was practicing like that with the gun and he knew there was a live round don't you think he wouldn't be practicing like that like he doesn't care? He would've shot himself without knowing it. He would not be practicing like that so casually.
