The threat to use force if the appointed Monarch is not restored is eerily reminiscent of the threats that revolutionary France faced from reactionary Europe in the wake of the French revolution, when all of Europe's monarchies thought to band together to crush the insolent "Jacquerie". The rest of the story is well known. Perhaps there will be a similar world-shaking series of events to reshape Africa's geopolitics and legal framework as resulted from the reactionary attempt of Europe's monarchies to dogpile the revolutionary upstarts in France.
