Now these Wall State Property buyers are screwed. Brokers bout the properties at under 1%, but now interest rates are much higher. There's going to be a BIG drop in homes, but 2 years it will take.
I mention the 2006 to 2008, but it happened also back in 1989. Banks over borrowed, then interest rates rise. My place that I live in, was on the market for 2 years during that time. They moved out to a much bigger home, because it was cheap. But had a problem with selling their previous home. Over 2 years on the market. Made a lower bid, and won it because they were tried of paying bills on it.

Interest rate rises sucks, but hurt Blackrock, and other COMPANIES on the stock market. They buy properties, and rent them out for 1k profit or sell them for a 50k profit for a 250k home. Interest rates will attack these Companies that bought properties now with a much higher interest rate will bring home prices down. Then eventually in 2 years inflation would drop, and so interest rates. The best way to stop it quicker, is to move in with other family members houses. Less demand for homes, and rental properties will go down quicker plus save money. These big stock brokers that invested 1 trillion investment in properties, will decline. That's when prices will go down. It's the same thing that Bush Jr did during his term in Office. Bush lowered the qualifications of Banks borrowing money at a much lower rate from the Government. Banks over lended billions that they didn't have. Then private lending firms inflated the borrows income for the loan. The borrowers pay fo a while, but can't pay anymore. That was the 2007 market crash, along with BANKS. I'm going to continue on the next commit
