I love the mother & daughter sheriff story. Mother is amazing for her accomplishments; didn't let a teenage pregnancy stop her. It led to a PHD! And now instead of using it to make more $, she is serving her community as a sheriff. And it gets better because she has instilled that perseverance in her daughter. They are great role models.
