I am from London , and the subway system is the world's oldest and largest in the world , one side have the track and the other the wall . I stay against the wall as much as possible , I know at times it is very hard to during heavy and very heavy rush hour and cannot always get the chance to be against the wall . Paris Metro is the same there is a wall there . New York is not like that so there is a high potential there of getting pushed onto the track , it is very horrid as well as dangerous
