THEY VIOLATED 4th CONSTITUTIONAL LAW… They should never have been in his house in the first place. (No knock warrant) is a department policy, And policy is not law. No charges, because as usual Black people focused on race and the shooting. The shooting can be justified and you can’t prove racial bias in courts that deal with evidence (example), “I’m shooting him because I hate black people”.
