This case isn't about law it's about appraisal and appraisal forms. You obviously have no clue what you're talking about. In addition to that you're insulting the work that a lot of women do and the people of new york do. there were a lot of artists in new york. The statistics don't tell you what to build and what to select. It's a detailed product. it's not square footage. You're showing that banks, lawyers, accountants, and even donald trump are a cancer to the country. When you design a product you don't look just look at statistics. How much does this lady think michael jackson music is worth for example. she would be like "oh man that's the greatest shht in the world. that's worth billions of dollars." What he was doing is playing games with the banking forms because banks historically do not lend money on gingerbread on the house. It's because the statistics don't include that. the statistics assume that all building in a area have the same quality or detail of construction. I can look at means data and see a cost per square foot for a structure but I can also look at details for say a brick veneer in the means data.
