I think if some of the woman and children left behind in the Ukraine had guns (any kind of guns – including ghost guns) they would stand a better chance of survival. It's not ok for the gov. to take away U.S. citizens rights to own guns. That leaves the gov. in power, and the people at their mercy. It also leaves us open to attack from outsiders. By the time the police arrive, it's too late. Crimes happen fast, especially violent crimes. If a child gets access to a gun, it's the gun owner, who should be held responsible for any damage done. If the punishment is severe enough, gun owners will be more careful to keep guns locked up.
