I just blocked Act Blue for excessively continuing to take money out of my bank account. I found out they kept taking money continously thinking they were representing the government person or questionnaire that they represented. It turns out they are private. Thinking I was supporting our government that I believed. Without my permission they took out substantial amount in one day. Somehow instead of only having the last 4 digits as most companies. They had the entire account. The bank blocked them. I have a new card. I noticed today, they took out another amount today from a different account. I have not been in touch with them .do not contribute to Act Blue
