We need to find out what happened, why the plane entered DC Airspace, and why they went down. This is the 15th ghost plane NORAD had to shoot down it is sad when these happen. Any day now NTSB will find the black box that will tell us what was going on seconds before the crew got incapacitated and entered DC Airspace.

1. Why they never sonic boom from they leave base ?????
2. How all the jets reach the same time if only one sonic boom ???

4. How did the plane lose altitude?????
5. According to the flight data the plane should be fueled for the distance.
6. No sign of plane structure damage before crash also no signs of engine trouble ..
7. Also the pilot was consistently passed out in the same position hense if is passing out had cause the controls to decrease altitude that would have happened a long time ago .

A. Why the passengers did not contact the flight tower ?
B ) why did the passenger wait so long to act ????

Outside DC??? It crashed way away from DC. It flew over DC while he was unconscious. People are acting like this was a terrorist attack. As far as the F16's, it was almost at its destination when it turned back. Not hard to come to the conclusion it was not a terrorist issue.

My condolences to the families of all on board this aircraft. I immediately thought of Payne Stewart but then thanked god it wasn't terrorists. I'm amazed that they lost contact with the aircraft after 15 minutes yet no aircraft were in the air to investigate for some time. Fortunately it wasn't a terrorist hijacking a business jet and filling it full of explosives to fly into another building in NYC. FLY NAVY!!!

The question is not about response time. The real question is what took place on the small craft. Your first question is that the aircraft began leaving the airspace before turn back around into Virginia and I thought you guys were much smarter than that. The craft was under surveillance by NORAD assessing the situation but not one phrase of explanation to that point. Creating more panic than necessary.
