  1. What are the ramifications if nurses countinue to leave their profession? they are the backbone of the healthcare system

  2. I worked as nursing assistant over 30 years ago, nurses are now required to work without an assistant at their side. We assistants did all baths, changed the bedding, emptied all bladder bags and note intakes and outputs, served and picked up all food trays noted what the amount of food the patient ate for that meal. Walked all patients in order that they be discharged, answered patients call lights, if it required the nurse we notified the nurse and she/he will take over. There was one assistant per one Nurse and it worked real well and some of those assistants went on to be Registered Nurses themselves. So bottom line bring back the assistants for a better hospital experience for both the nurse and the patient.

  3. I was thinking of changing my career to nursing, but my research shows no one really hires nurses that smoke. So, no smoking on breaks, short nails, no perfume, take 500 shots, etc… soon approved colors of undergarments and socks might be chosen for you. For a "free country" there sure are so many restrictions wherever you turn. It used to be enough to have a degree, to care and be kind, now one has to oblige to so many rules that have nothing to do with how good you are at your job. Perhaps that is why a racist and sexist dentist broke my teeth and why I continually got yelled at in the hospital after having my surgery. I must have deserved it. So, good luck with that America!!!

  4. Yeah after how the pandemic treated healthcare workers and with how many hospitals are closing, why would they want to get into this industry now? Dont blame them, fix your broken system.

  5. That will be the first place AI will be used.

  6. Please take me there

  7. BREAKING NEWS! UKRAINE STEALING AMERICAN TAXPAYERS MONEY!

Investigative journalist Seymour Hersh has published a report that alleges the CIA was aware of widespread corruption in Ukraine. The report said the Ukrainian government has been using US taxpayer money to purchase diesel from Russia to fuel its military. The report further suggests that Ukrainian officials are also “competing” to set up front companies for export contracts to private arms dealers around the world. Hersh has also claimed the issue of corruption was raised during a meeting between CIA Director William Burns and Zelensky in January. An intelligence official told Hersh that Burns delivered a stunning message to Zelensky.

  8. I am suffering with undiagnosed pain now for 2 months. It's a month and a half just to talk to a specialist. Our healthcare system is shot.
