Some cops watch too many cop shows. TV cops often race after suspects doing 90-100 mph. On TV, they don't have to worry about the safety of the public. In real life, yes, that's important.
Murder is a reach.. Requires Previous Intent to cause death by said means.. Vehicular manslaughter will stick.. murder won't..
Terminate the officer, imprison him for causing a fatal crash for life. Cops get away with murder too much it’s time to make examples of all of them.
