Smith’s estate is suing the city of Chicago and the officer for $10 million, alleging the officer used excessive force.

But he gave up after the first shot, she held him, she said I told you what I would do then shot again more than 3 seconds after the first. He says I'm sorry, Stop stop you got me. She said did you think I was playing? I told you mother fu@#er and shot again. Never saying I'm a cop, so police rules don't apply and citizens rules do. You can only stop a threat! He stopped being a threat after the first shot. But she held him in place and kept shooting him in revenge of what he did.
They're only bringing a case because they see a payday because she's an office,,, but she was off duty.
