I will never understand how lawyers can lie about the murder of an innocent person, in order to keep the murderer free. If you want to murder in the USA, and not go to prison for it, just go into law enforcement.
Wheres the bodycam footage? It should be an open and shut case if the footage corroborated his story right? Seems like these cases always go to trial before footage is released. I wonder why.
That cop's body language alone shows he knows he was lying, innocent people may be nervous but theyvhave confidence in knowing they are telling the truth. This cop knows he lied andnis hoing a jury will believe those lies .

Guns don't just fall out of holsters. The holster is designed to prevent it.
How does he know it was a threat when he was driving his car and in his own vehicle, so how does he know that he was had a threat to anybody? And I don't believe that story there. And he's in his changing stories around, but even if he does, he still got an answer to God, god's gonna judge him a different way. No, you know, sad to say you just don't do that, man. Yeah, you had a rifle, not just any kind of gun, but a rifle that shoots out of my. And that's not the way you do people man, and hopefully that you don't have no kids and stuff on that grown up, and they get in some trouble, and they get shot by replacement. As usual, the police are lying, the defense said that the man pointed a gun at police, so that's how the man got shot in the back. they've thrown logic out the window.

He might have left his pistol in the car while he got dinner. Some places don't want guns inside… The dirty cop saw him reholster in the car, and decides to follow him until he has a reason to pull him over, but he got home first.
Then it's contempt of cop for not hearing and obeying shouted orders. Cop knows he's armed, cops ego kills someone, cop makes up a story.
A reasonable cop would have called it in. A reasonable cop would have pulled him over. A reasonable cop would have waited outside for backup. This cop was mad a black man was armed. (and wasn't obeying)

I have a feeling the MEDIA was leaving something out on this. The gunman didn't drop his gun. So he ended up dead. Fear for his life waving a gun around ? Since WHEN?
