They will say it's a training issue. How do train a Human to act like a Human? An adult female officer saw no need to protect an 11 year old victim. As the previous comment, " No amount of training can fix this". Keep this story alive that officer is a danger to children.

Cops are always looking for legal excuses to cage people. They don't care if they target peaceful people, good people, or innocent children.
The cop was right.
And no, I'm not talking about the politically correct chief.
I cannot believe a Woman officer was so dispassionate about a young girl being manipulated. She must not have children if her own or was simply discriminating towards the family in general for some reason. There's no excuse either way.
