Sorry this happened to you Ohioans. Hold your governor part responsible. This is taking to long to clean up. He should have cleaned it up with state money to help the helpless citizens of Ohio. Not to sound rude but checking heat on wheels every 10 miles is laughable I'm a mechanic guy and can assure you no company checks their fleet vehicles every 10 miles. A train can be argued that it sees more miles then a semi truck. Semi trucks ain't stopping every 10 miles don't be ridiculous. Not to mention their isn't enough train mechanics to run a miles long worth of wheels every 10 miles actually 9 because the train itself is a mile long.
You know instead of Biden giving all this money away to everyone like he’s “publishers clearing house” he could take just a small portion of it and use it to rehome this town’s people and make their lives so much better. But that would be too easy I guess

Norfolk Southern is majority owned by WEF member corporations. Their ESG score is somehow 23 with an environment risk score of 8.1. It's a complete criminal fraud and criminal coverup! They released extremely toxic chemicals and trillions of mega tons of CO2 into the environment.. Remaining Vinyl Chloride will decompose over time under UV light(sun) to become CO2 and toxic compounds.

All these chemicals that are designed as volatile for the making of explosives and or weapons, then they are 4/1 permeable. No idea likely, nor I’m sure concern, of what exposure long term to human development, or the human body.
And ask if the town state or co has the capability, to act quick for containments. Now it seems you are going to be excavating twice as much deep, and 4x the area. Devegitation, and burn, with sealing, similar to what you would for a garbage site.

How about this, maybe not ship ignition sources and fuel.. directly behind each other, in such a way, that trains fold up an this stuff ends up in a pile.. like you need to put some freight or something between the HAZMAT cars.. and more than every other.. like 1 in 4 needs to be hazmat tops.. and at a reduced speed.. just out of safety.. those guys get paid good enough to cruise. You guys essentially created thermite using murphy's law.. you added a liquid chemical to an ignition source.. then you had fuel right there in proximity.. and plastic shavings.. when mixed with some kind of flammable chemical… behaves like thermite.. you can't put those fires out.. no amount of water would.. not to mention.. that this stuff is in the biosphere.. when it precipitates back down.. it needs to be neutralized.. or vacuumed up.. every time it rains.. until background is close to normal.. it will be monumentally expensive.. but we can't cohabitate with these gasses condensing evaporating then falling back down as precipitation.. that is crazy dangerous. It will continue to evaporate and precipitate.. and this isn't the worst potential outcome if it behaves like phosgene..
