Looks like Build Back Better is in fine working order!
I need no investigation as to why,
1. The bridge was almost 30 years over it lifespan,
2. It was improperly maintain well before it hit that 50 year threshold
3. The companies responsible were told to put a band aid on an arterial wound repeatedly
4. Government officals in charge of checking on the bridge were overworked and either missed obvious signs or never bothered to check and falsified the reports to CTOA.
5. No ime responsible will see a lick of jail time, fines, or even resign over this tragedy.
6. This is going to become as if not more common than mass sgooting in the next ren years or so.
I'm sure nothing will fundamentally change.
Ohhhh buried in liquid concrete has to be horrific. The chemicals in concrete are very caustic. This poor city worker never saw it coming and he couldn't escape but his coworkers desperately tried to save him. I imagine OSHA will figure it out. His family is crying right now is heart breaking.

The Dems pass infrastructure bill. This is what you get when you leave things up to the deadbeat politicians in Red states. NYC bridges and metro is always running and they are used 1000x more.
The politicians and others in this country are not concerned about the infrastructure, instead they are more damned concerned with saving money and that means using substandard materials. Plus, that is why all of those illegals need to be sent back to their own countries, because they will take the short cuts that some honest people will not, and they will work for a lot less money than Americans will. When companies use substandard materials and take lots of short cuts in order to get the contract. The people in charge of having roads and bridges built in this country would rather pocket the money than to payout for better workers and materials. I live in Dallas, Texas and they keep building overpasses and bridges that are not needed, such as the high five overpasses that we have.
