This guy is a bit reluctant to give his opinion, isn't that why he is on the show? The thing for Johnny was he was so damaged by Amber putting allegations out there about Johnny she was not stopping and upped the ante with her op-ed in the WaPo. So he really had to do something or put up with this until eternity. Her claims were being believed and that article cost him work and his good name, before that it was more the tabloids reporting on celebrities. But this was an article from her directly and was in a more credible publication. So now at least he has been able to get out the events from his side and question her claims directly. So I think whatever the result she will come out worse off and he will have reinstated his reputation somewhat. So I disagree with Melcher.

Is Fundamental the recording at the day when a Medical Team went, specialy of the Horrible Injured on JD midle finger…listenning, is understandbull/induersting all the worry of doctor concerns with the injury of JD midle finger…at the same time, he asks for the members of Security in help to find the missing part of JD midle finger…Plus, she says to the Nurse give a higher dose of AH medication…as ask for one Security man:"take her to her bedroom because no longuer can remain in Australia, has to pack her bags immeadiatly and return to USA!!! For the protection of JD and are you avalable in doing that flight with her"!?!?!
The doctor gave some 'Strong medication' on JD because of all the pains, result of the injury at his midle finger!!!!
Only don't understand the reason for this recording still was presented at the Court!?!?!

It amazes me that anyone would have the view this was an abusive relationship and they're both as bad as each other – these people falsely assume both parties are responsible for the failure of their relationship when that is simply not the case when a person is abusive. They are incredibly difficult to deal with, as we have seen so clearly here in this case.
They're both abusive. But JD will never admit it. This entire charade is more about ego than anything else. Personally I dislike him more than ever now. All the laughing & joking. Making a fool of himself. He's almost making a mockery of his own trail. It's all very revealing.

Call me crazy, but I'd take a wild guess and say that the person who has literally been caught lying, is the liar.
Also, public opinion seem to have all unanimously gotten behind Johnny, by orders of magnitude, after Amber's testimony. On behalf of real victims everywhere, I think most people were sickened by Amber's shockingly fake testimony.

I'm going to compare some things here
Johnny Depp on the witness stand: Looking down, fidgeting, does not some hurtful details.
Amber Heard on witness stand: Crying, somehow remembers things vividly, adds more details that have not been mentioned before.
People who have experienced traumatic events will sometimes block those memories to the point they can forget, people can process emotions differently, some may look down and space out, some may cry, but what I found weird about Amber's testimony is that she was dry crying, kept glancing at her PR team, not Johnny who was most of the time looking down, looking dejected and stuttering when asked hurtful questions like how Amber's abuse impacted him for example. Amber's testimony is a circus act to be honest, and alot of people are noticing it. Even the judge scolded Amber's PR team.
It's the repeat offender.
AH arrested for DV with a previous girlfriend and said the officer was "homophobic"! Turns out the officer was an out of the closet lesbian. AH always lies!!'

One of them has previously been charged with domestic violence, one of them hasn't
One of them has admitted to battery (audio), the other hasn't..
One of them has provided multiple witnesses, the other hasn't.
One of them is a B list celebrity, the other isn't.

Johnny is a good actor. Amber is a good actor. Either one of them could be acting in court. Both of them need to dismiss this case and go home because there both guilty
