IMHO, The Dems are using the Jan 6 Committee to recommend criminal charges to the DOJ against Trump. … The DOJ will then move on the J6 reco to try and stop Trump from declaring he is running for Pres I’m 2024. … If Trump declares he is campaigning before the J6 comittie convenies and hands its findings over to the DOJ, then it is less likely the DOJ will move on the J6 findings and interfere in an active campaign for Presidential Office. … The problem is Republicans would prefer a launch date after the 2022 midterm elections rather than before. … The way things are set up, the Dems are trying to put together a message on J6, Roe, and Climate Change. … This move is part of their J6 “power play.” They are trying to scare Independ voters back into their line with Orange man bad, Dem man good.
