I have suffered a lot of trauma, loss and can relate to constantly being reminded of those things. Something that helped me was I watched a video of Ivanka Trump years ago saying she used a paper notebook to stay organized. I started using different notebooks for different reasons, like chores and car maintenance ,things my husband used to do because it seemed so overwhelming. But once I started to keep notes and transfer things to calendars, I was able to manage things better. I write the topic outside of the notebooks and try to write things down before I forget. I even have a notebook of where I put household things so I don't forget. I pray for the soldiers and veterans.

The best way to avoid soldier suicide is to stop sending our troops to defend corrupt nations and fight endless high civilian casualty wars.

Excellent! This is exactly what is needed: others who were there and had the same experience (though they each experienced it in their own deeply personal way). Being sent home "broken" to people who love you but can't identify with what you went through is lacking in completion. God bless Danica.

Thank God you all helping Our military service I really appreciate that they have all five and died lost limbs and what they seen over there oh it was terrible my husband served in the Marines in Vietnam he put himself away for a year and he was much better. I want Our Real President Donald Trump n His Family n it will Happen in Jesus Christ Our Savior Amen
taking care of veterans should be one of our top priorities. its a shame how little the govt does to assist them after all they've done for our country.
