You shouldn't have that many kids if you can't feed them. Having kids is a CHOICE. Being a responsible parent is able to provide and feed them without the help of government. When tax time comes it's unfair for people with no kids that government does not assist. Most of us don't even get a tax return! I have no empathy for those that have so many kids that they can't feed on their own.

I don't have anyone against the underprivileged and poor but having six children is really difficult especially for the poor as they wont have resources to feed the children. Family planning needs to taken into consideration.
