Trump tells McCarthy (his master) what to do. So believe that Trump is now the real Speaker of the House. And McCarthy will not be kicked out of Office. "Article I, section 5 of the United States Constitution provides that "Each House [of Congress] may determine the Rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel a member." It was the Voters of their States that put the current Republicans in the House of Representatives. But the Democrats never did target these specific Voters.
