The only solution for the abortion issue in every State is to make sure that Republicans who are up for re-election in 2024 are not re-elected and replaced by a Democrat. I know it probably won't happen, but by having a Democratic majority in every State insures a change in State policy since the US Supreme court has left it up to the individual States to enact their own laws on the subject.
Daniel Kelley was very open about his pro life stance and opposition to marriage equality. Sick of ALL the attention going to Janet being "partisan". She never said she'd overturn the ban while campaigning, only that she believed in the right to choose, which WAS legal precedent until the GOP basically stole several federal Supreme Court seats with the explicit intention and promise to overturn Roe V Wade. Yeah I'm not pretending being pro choice doesn't imply more, only that its an unfair critique that is never lobbied against the increasingly ba75#! GOP (especially scary and crooked in WI, with all but one conservative justice in WI voting to steal the election for Trump. And Kelley spent his time off the Supreme Court bench with full knowledge of his future intent to run choosing to do criminal defense for law-breaking constitution-hating election fraud conspirators. Then there's the congressman who just won who promised to immediately impeach Janet before she even starts her job, who actually himself, actively tried to overthrow the constitution and election law to steal the state for Trump. Our state is one of the most egregious examples of gerrymandering for the GOP, and alreadywas before they felt the need to push it even further, usually getting fewer votes for their party in the state yet comfortably holding supermajorities or near to them. Also Janet has already promised to recuse herself from cases for or against the state Democratic party for some reason, while Daniel Kelley never even thought twice when he served for cases that were intense personal or partisan conflicts of interest. His concession speech was also pretty sad and embarrassing for himself and the state.)
The Republicans want to defund the police and cancel the Constitution. They will attack the Capitol again at the first opportunity.

He sucks all the oxygen out of the room because noone puts a stop to it. There should be gag orders, there should be home detention and limitations for visitors for example. The defendant is out on bail, for crying out loud. And, as far as I can tell, he walked out of that courtroom and stepped up to the first podium and immediately began to attack prosecutors, judges, their families and staff. There are ways to stop this tacky, never ending Dog & Pony Show and put contraints on the defendant. Another thing: the man was charged this week…..the trial needs to start next week, not 7, 8 or 9 months from now. The entire process takes too long! If there is enough to charge him, then there is enough to get this show on the road. Otherwise, the take away becomes "there is no accountability" for the man.
The warning signs are beginning to come to the surface. The Demographics are very worrying for the GOP. Vote Blue always.

They deported me from their lives when they decided to fight to deport all DACA Dreamers that know no other home.
They banned me from their lives completely when they decided to ban all LGBTQ people and to ban all trans people too.
They separated themselves from me completely when they decided to fight to take bodily autonomy from every single female.
They walled me out of their lives when they decided to support building the greatest wall of defense of inequality over others since China and to try to force the already poorer nation to pay for it.
They declared themselves free from my presence in their lives when they decided to support the separation of immigrant and refugee children as an intentionally child torture based, often permanently orphaning defense of their radical inequality over others.
They separated themselves from me completely when they decided to stand with the ethnic cleansing genocide of the Palestinian people.
They separated themselves from me completely when they decided to stand against environmental protection and climate change.
They banned themselves from me completely when they decided to call BLM a terrorist organization and instead support radically, systematically bigoted Blue Lives Matter instead.
They separated themselves out of my life when they decided to support and defend their treasonous coup attempt on Jan 6th in their fight for a white supremacist, fascist, Christian dictatorship / civil war, not unlike the slavery-defending Confederates they literally idolize.

Unfortunately the extremist Wisconsin Republicans won a state senate seat in the same election. They now have a super majority and have the power to impeach any elected official, including judges. They have already been talking about impeaching this very judge that was just elected. If you vote them out but they won’t leave, what are we left with?
