  1. FDA is getting funds from big franchises so they don’t. Care about people they just don’t want to follow rules on certain products !!

  2. Panera is gross as people throw out their own garbage so it all piles up by garbage cans. Same with Core Life.

  3. Her parents are Gona be driving Lamborghinis and living in mansions from
The lawsuit money . Maybe a yacht in the reviera

  4. 😂😂😂 Panera deserve it . They keep advertising their drinks alll the time . Now they can lose 100 million . And be quiet about their dumb drinks

  5. 😮 Yes hold them responsible for it. I mean who drinks that much caffeine normally? Charge the franchise

  6. as someone who works at panera, i take small shots of the charged lemonades because they basically are equivalent to espresso shots honestly..

  7. I remember Food theorist (MatPat) making a video about Panera 8 months ago

  8. the comment section never disappoints 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 i'm proud of y'all

  9. if she was trying to avoid caffeine, she shouldn't have bought anything with "charged" in the title. she should've been smarter. 21 years old, you should know basic marketing lingo at that age. as sad as it is, it's not Panera's fault.

  10. 🔴🔴 BOYCOTT PANERA !! bcuz UNSAFE beverage AVAILABLE FOR KIDS, mentally challenged people to help themselves. 🔴NOT SAFE, DANGEROUS. I will never drink anything but water at the GREEDY DEMONIC lowlife companies like panera.

  11. How many refills did she get?!

  12. No, peeps should know, specially adults, what they pit in their mouths. Most foods have calories count..heller.

  13. Remember the old lady back in the 90's that sued McDonalds and won because her coffee was something like 194 degrees. I wouldn't be surprised if PaneraBread settles out of court to make this go away. Anyway they get free publicity now for the lemonade that somebody died drinking. People are probably running to PaneraBread right now to try "the drink that killed someone" out of morbid curiousity.

  14. 390 milligrams of caffeine is way too much caffeine even for a healthy person to consume all at once. I buy Bang energy and that is 300 MG of caffeine per can but I'll just drink half of it and put the rest away for later when it starts wearing off. Drinks that high in caffeine should only be a once in a while thing. I drink caffeine everyday but in moderation. 390 milligrams of caffeine is a whole days dose of caffeine. I wouldn't drink all that all at once.

  15. My condolences to the family that lost their daughter. At 21 you're pretty much responsible for your own actions And at that age. You should have enough common sense to know what's good or bad for you when you buy a drink at a fast food restaurant.

  16. If she had a heart problem it's absolutely silly to drink caffeine. I have hpb and I know I'm at higher risk.

  17. Why the ef are they putting caffeine and taurine is everything now? Are people really even asking for that? Of course, you already drink 4 cups of coffee, wash with caffeine infused soap, you can't even trust how much a bottled water may have a ton of caffeine, it's not even lunch time and you haven't had your 2 Snickers bars and 3 Diet Pepsi's yet, and yeah, people are ingesting a months worth of caffeine a day without even knowing it. That will put a Navy Seal triathlete in the ER

  18. who was holding a gun to the girls head?
I'm sorry for their loss but it's the daughter's own fault.
21 is an adult. she knew she had a heart condition. she made the choice herself to have a drink she knew was potentially dangerous for her to drink while living with a heart condition.

  19. We all know what charged lemonade is and it has a huge sign on the container! This is a frivolous lawsuit. Right on the front is 390MG of caffeine. Ridiculous that they would sue!!!!! She filled her own cup at the dispenser and the sign was right there. At some point this is just idiotic and irresponsible. Our legal system is not for payouts when someone checks themselves out.

  20. It's the American dream…….sue a company for accountability of your own mistake. Lawyers are trash

  21. It is not a restaurants job to police people with medical issues. Especially medical issues an individual knows they have. It is the responsibility of the person with medical issues to find out what is in a product before they consume it. Just the word "charged" should have been enough to make one question what was in the drink. If Panera is held liable for this person's death, watch the domino effect as everyone with a medical condition will be suing food and drink vendors. It is sad that this 21-year-old died as a result of their medical condition. I have tachycardia and do my best to avoid anything with caffeine. Especially energy drinks. I would not even try a sip. It's not worth it.

  22. Of course it's someone's fault.

  23. Never been to Panera ever.

  24. I would only get a small one

  25. He deliberately didn't point to where the sign listed the amount of caffeine per serving size, huh?
