  1. What nonsense it took 4 yrs to sentence this terrorist??? and no death penalty??? utter miscarriage of justice!!

  2. Waste of time. Should have gotten the DEATH penality

  3. I hope his inmates beat the sh__ out of him in prison

  4. Good. He doesn't deserve death. Its too easy, a foreseeable end. He deserves to be locked up, told what to do, and forced to follow the monotony of prison each and every day for the rest of his life. I cant wait for him to slowly do everything he can to entertain himself then finally just sit there, getting bored and empty for the last days of his life. That despair he will feel then will be truly amazing

  5. No death penalty for taking 17 lives, how about spending the rest of your life in a federal country club…he can work on his tennis game.

  6. Where can i send him fan mail?

  7. He should die the same way as a fair and balanced justice. He killed 16 totally innocent person. This trial sharply focused the imbalance of justice in the criminals favor. His one life versus 16 and he still can keep it. Where are the legislators who would adopt and keep the Golden Rule – Do unto others as you would have others do unto you. Why not the Golden Rule law ? The victms' love ones are devastated by the perverse law allowing the massacre killer to live.

  8. Deserves to suffer a poisoned life.

  9. I do not feel bad for whatever they’re gonna do to him in prison

  10. Sign his organ donation card and get him off the planet.

  11. That judge though👩‍⚖️⚖️💀💀💀

  12. Life sentence…. Means he will live even in jail he should have been death penalty…. With electric shot

  13. The victims family were upset because it took 4+ years for this case to end and cruz still didn’t get what he deserved but some of families of the victims thought he deserved life instead of death

  14. Rotting in prison is worse then death, trust me. Cruz even begged to be killed after he was arrested, the fact he isn't getting what he wants I'm sure is really kicking his ass

  15. The only good thing about this is that the families will likely never see him again.

  16. Hes gonna suffer a lot more than getting off the hook w the death penalty. I can underdtand those that want him off this Earth. But he has absolutely no way of regret… doesnt suffer a damn thing if they kill him. Hed just be gone. Could not and would not have any pains to deal with once hes gone. Here… hes gonna be a bitch in prison. Hes gonna have the rest of his life to fester and loath what he now will have as life. He thinks he had it bad before. He has not one clue that what he believed to be a terrible existence… is about to become and remaon for a long long long time A HELLUVA ot worse.

  17. Imagine having to pay for the murderers luxury in a secure facility. What kind of justice is that

  18. I was looking for a $1,000 Bond

  19. This is a perfect example of the nonsense this nation has become. If you can't sentence this guy to death for this crime, it is an embarrassment of the judicial system…

  20. Kill 17 people and get free room and board and meals for life American justice is a joke 😂

  21. Best punishment for this serialkiller would be to lock him with all victim families in one room for 10 minutes

  22. If you’ve been to prison you know kid has a miserable life ahead. Not getting death is better in my opinion, here’s what the next 30 years will be like for him if he doesn’t hurt himself somehow.

Reception center will determine which custody level he gets. He can’t get maximum (only death row inmates) but he will be CLOSE custody. Same living conditions except death row inmates wait on execution.

Once he arrives at a facility he won’t even see the general population. He won’t necessarily be in solitary but close custody is one men cells 23 hour lock down, no contact with others basically same thing

Only decent thing in close/max custody is being able to eat outside world food. Stock up on candies, sodas etc but thanks to the lovely judge NO CANTEEN

general pop inmates easily get around that thru others but in close custody almost impossible. Last meals get serve at 4 pm and there’s a 12 hour gap till 4 am. Inmates with no canteen WILL STARVE DAILY.

it takes decades to get bump down to minimum custody assuming he gets no additional charges in prison. Next few decades will be spent going nuts smearing poop all over his cell and stuff like that. The strongest inmates go crazy let alone coward Cruz. A death sentence all that suffering would be done in 20!years from now.
Moral of the story life no parole no canteen just might be better justice

  23. Should get the gulotine can we make examples out of people anymore. I mean 1 bullet is cheaper than. Keeping this punk in prison.
