A state of emergency has been declared in Maine and warnings and watches are up for most of the New England coast as Hurricane Lee closes in. NBC News’ Kathy Park has more on the storm and on the extreme weather slamming parts of the U.S.

I could see how the storm clips from Georgia and Arizona are misleading to some viewers lol. They just needed something since the actual hurricane hasn't done much yet.
