All other sources report that it is not up for debate as to whether the White House Counsel works for the president personally or to the office and the American people. All other sources say unequivocally that it is the latter and NOT the president. Further, there are no grounds for executive privilege when that president is no longer in office. It is up to the current president to waive executive privilege and Biden has made it clear where he stands. Lastly, privilege of all kinds evaporate over the pot of boiling crimes having been committed. It should be easy to prove that probable crimes were being cooked up. That boiling pot is going to be dumped on Trump and his cronies. Listen for the wails….

Attorney Client Privelege does not count during the commission of a crime and Executive does not count either as trump is not the President. He was an attorney of the office of the President which means he was working for the American People at the time and now it's Bidens call anyway as He is the new President.

Would be interesting if scholars would cite specific laws and regulations when talking about executive privilege and attorney client privilege. To the layman it is hard to understand how executive privilege would apply since Trump is no longer the President and cannot exert it; and Mr. Cipollone worked for the federal government and Trump, the person, was not his client – the President was at that time.
