I am glad you wrote the book I wish it had come out sooner, so we would not have had so many unhinged people joining the house and the Senate. It could have made a real difference. But too late. You stand a lot taller than DeSantis,Cruz, Boebert, Marjorie Taylor Greene , McCarthy,Gomer and a long list of other GOP republicans. I abhore the racism, agitated rhetoric, and just plain stunt makers that don't care a fig about the American people. The cheaters who did all the Gerrymandering are not a class act by any means. They have joined the cult of hate. They are the cult of power hungry , useless representatives. I particularly abhored seeing african americn voters in Florida intimidated by the police. These people were told they had a warrant for their arrest. This stunt was to intimidate and scare the people from voting. They had committed no crime. It sounds like we have gone back to the days of slavery. That is just what these despicable people want. Stunts of hatred for Americans. Disgusting behavior. They did not work to solve the problem of immigration. They did not do a thing. And the people could have elected someone in Texas who actually wanted to solve the problem. The Texans had to stand in line for six hours. I waited all of five minutes. That is cheating —pure and simple..DeSantis just did his stupid stunts. He even intimidated children calling them theatre kids when he was the one all about theatre. The child who wanted to wear a mask to protect his grandfather from covid was ridiculed by DeSantis. He said to the little boy, you are all about theatre. Clearly this child cared more about peole than DeSantis evey will.

On one hand, it would have meant more if Pence had resigned when he saw what the orange-a-tan was doing. But, if he had resigned, there is no telling what his replacement would have done with the electoral votes. "MAYBE"? it turned out to be the best thing for him to stay quiet and do what he did. I look forward to somebody smarter than me to figure that out and explain it to us.
