I hope I am wrong but I think the violence is going to get worse before it gets better. If the Dems do well this mid-term I think that will trigger a backlash. There are too many election deniers running for office and if they lose they will say the election was rigged. I'm not even running for office but I have experienced hostility for my views. Just saying I vote Democrat will elicit a flurry of insults, put downs, and doubts about my intelligence.
Vandalizing someones home then attacking them in the dark. Home invasion to attack an elderly couple in the dark. Arming themselves to harrass people using their right to vote…. and this is "heroic" to these people. Imagine the horrible world these simple minded people would really make.
People stopped paying attention to their children in the 90's, education slipped from student bodies. Much like rebels, gangs, and terrorists alot of under educated people looking for a reason to be alive. A reason for action, any action… any cause bigger than them regardless of who gets hurt.
Sad and shameful. What is wrong with people? Now you have to be armed and muscular, around your own home, just to be a politician? Why do people want to do this and then feel entitled to do it? No one has a right to harm anyone else!
Can't definitively say related to campaign, but certainly says it is. Give it a rest. You live in a crime neighborhood that's only going to get worse if someone doesn't step in and do something about it.
