I was in a rehab early this year. I questioned what they wanted to give me. Turns out "insulin". I refused it as I don't take insulin. Maybe I dodged a bullet? Who knows. This story brings back some unhappy memories about being in rehab and depending on someone for your care.
Investigators should be going through the movies she has watched that were produced in California that made her do such a thing. The Trade Towers was inspired by the California movie industry. The public shootings are obvious inspiration and video games of course. Used to TV shows and movies for to guide people usually propaganda the United States to make them all go off and fight it since this war but what are they based on these days chaos and Mayhem in the interest to encourage it

Why would you hire someone that has been fired for abusive behavior to patients? Sounds like that care facility didn't check her background. If not they are culpable too.

How did this happen again?! A nurse did the same in Tyler, Texas starting with an insulin overdose to a victim and then started putting air in the IVs. That was in 2013 with the trial in 2020. I'm sure it was one of those things, "oh that will never happen here." 🙄
The percentage of registered medical practitioners who wrongfully cause a persons death with improper dosage is likely more than a hospital cares to admit.
Death penalty, hopefully botched, should be in her near term future.

US society is not prepared to talk about the evil in the medical system! As a PoC I really wish we would have legislation that would reduce as much as possible the number of times a White doctor comes into contact with PoC patients, it would save countless lives from racialized violence and murder.

Her quality of life is also questionable. Perhaps she would like someone to do that to her? I hope she gets some serious time to think about what it must have felt like to be vulnerable under her so called care.
The ethical guidelines in medicine clearly prohibit this kind of behavior, especially without pursuing the few, legal pathways to euthanasia or palliative care as methods of addressing intense suffering and pain. There are individuals out there operating outside of ethical guidelines who provide euthanasia procedures but a strict legal tightrope must be walked by all involved. These individuals risk legal repercussions, being charged with murder or manslaughter and the loss of their licenses. Palliative, end of life care has always been an extremely divisive topic.
