I don’t know why the opening wasn’t gated .. and than their still tower guards .. and than theirs motion detectors around outside the facility that should alert security if it’s not one of their own.. unless they don’t have motion security and they don’t have tower guards because that’s just bizarre how he can escape without nobody seeing him. .

"Correctional Officers" are the bottom of the barrel when a Prison Complex hires them all…. All one has to do is look @them, all dumb AF!
The cops have everything that tax payers money can buy, yet the murdering escapee freely roams around their neighborhoods with only a stolen backpack.

The public should be thanking the prison guard. He exposed how the prison admins didn't fix the glaring flaw of the building from the first escape and probably aren't going to fix it after this. And exposing yet how incompetent law enforcement really are with all the millions of taxpayer funding they get militarizing themselves 🤣 What a joke.
Guards need surveillance cameras on them for supervision. Watch the guards. Please.

Tower guard became the scapegoat. The problem was with the actual security gap that the prison administrators (management) didn't fix when another poisoner had used the same method to escape onto the roof long before Cavalcante. Typical, management gets a pass. SMH.
