  1. Don't they usually go for the criminal case? Why civil with such a hard to prove lawsuit first?

  2. The Petito's are absolutely right here. They don't want the money. Pfffft. They want a guilty verdict on their name and Brian's forever.

  3. Unfortunately you need evidence

  4. Laundries are criminals and should spend time behind bars.

  5. The Petito's never really took care of her daughter. They were more interested and concerned about their individual "interests". Now, they want to cash on her memory. This family repulse me 👎

  6. Unbelievable the Laundrie’s could not speak up, maybe they could have saved their son

  7. They deserve more than that from them. Terrible parents. No wonder their son turned out like he did. Son might not be dead. Might have killed someone else.

  8. Oh well do they have money

  9. So were they also aware, that their son was gonna go and off himself?

  10. The entire Landrie family is a reason for birth control. If the Laundies knew where their son had left a body, doesn't that make them accessories after the fact?

  11. Brian Laundrie has become a hero for the incel movement, despite probably not being one himself.

  12. 1:52 – hold the frick up I never heard any news station say he actually wrote that in his journal – is that FACT?! 😳

  13. This is a modern day Romeo and Juliet

  14. who cares about the law, the right thing to do is to speak up! No surprise that trash birthed trash!

  15. They have the right to remain silent and should only be held accountable if it is proven that they knew and intentionally misled authorities leading the investigation. I think the sister should be more liable as she is the only one I recall speaking publicly at the time. If she knew and misled authorities with the statements she made, she should be held accountable. Good luck proving that tho. Everyone here saying that they "should" have done the right thing. If it was my kid, I would have helped him leave the country, regardless of the consequences I would have to face.

  16. Please everyone hear the gospel message! Jesus is our only hope for freedom and Salvation not politicians or lawyers! Ray Comfort has FREE movies and interviews on YouTube with the gospel!

  17. If they helped him evade prosecution or assisted his getaway, they are accessories after the fact.

  18. This didn't need to happen , & yet , , relationship experts could have warned these two , they would end in a bad way , yet how often do you really see behind close door, when camera is off , real life seeps in. Brian is only guilty of having a bit of checkered past .

  19. Rest in Peace lovely Gabby, you are so loved that your parents are doing everything to raise up the Truth about this conspiracy. Blessings and Love.

  20. Horrible people, those Laundries. Cruel and sadistic. Deceptive and criminal. Accessories to cold blooded murder. Maximum penalties must be applied. If they spend the rest of their lives on the run, living rough and without friends, so be it. They do NOT deserve to keep living the privileged lifestyle they've enjoyed so far. I don't care if they lost their son. What they did to cover up his heinous crime is unforgivable.

  21. If I were the Petito's, I would sue the laundries for BILLIONS, including putting a lien on any and all of their properties they have, wage garnishments and any monies they have. An attorney can and will surely do that!

  22. These laundries are trash and evil! As far as their attorney, Steve Bertolino, from my understanding he is only a real estate attorney so he is not even allowed and cannot represent them in a "criminal" case/wrongful death suit. What is he giving them advice for?? The Petito's will definitely win this case, no doubt. God is just and is on their side and so is everyone else.

  23. Gabby committed suicide.
Gabby should have been arrested when she was violent.
    -COMANCHE NATION

  24. Why didn’t the father that lives 2 hrs away go over there no he did nothing!

  25. The Laundrie's should have been charged with "Accessory After the Fact" since they "likely" knew their son killed Gabby and likely knew where her body was.
As far as I know, MANY people have been convicted for having much less knowledge of serious crimes. For all we know, they assisted their son to allow him to escape, especially after he returned home with her van.

  26. Had they told what they know their son would have been in jail and alive, his death is on them!

  27. DID THE POLICE ASK THEM IF THEY KNEW ANYTHING??? IF THEY SAID NO AND YET THEY DID THAT IS NOT GOID!!!

  28. Pathetic! Unapologetically pathetic!! Considering their actions, is it any wonder the kids were so messed up?

  29. Like parents, like son. Narcissists!
