Philadelphia police have arrested the man accused of smashing the back of a car with two young children inside and then waving a gun in their mother’s face when she confronted him. The incident took place on Sunday night near Philadelphia’s City Hall, according to the police.
Video footage from the incident showed a group of ATV, motorcycle and dirt bike riders surrounding a woman’s car near Philadelphia’s City Hall. CBS News reported that the incident occurred around 9 p.m. in the evening. In the video, a motorcyclist wearing a helmet is seen leaving his bike and jumping onto the back of the sedan, shattering the window. When the woman confronts him, he pulls out a gun and appears to wave it at her as she emerges from the car, before headbutting and pushing her.
