Philadelphia prosecutors say newly released police bodycam videos show the fatal encounter between Officer Mark Dial and Eddie Irizarry on August 14. Dial was suspended from the police department and is now charged with murder. His attorney says the facts will show Dial was “legally justified.” NBC News’ Ron Allen reports.

Why do cops lie if they are in the right? Changes the details to hide the truth? How can we trust all cops if this sort of shady behavior is going on?
Give him death sentence stop these murderers with a badge n charge other officers as accomplices if they lied for him. Hope he gets handled first day in prison if he gets there.
My question is why were they following him if he’s innocent? And why does he have a knife ? Like WTH 🤦♂️ did the police make a mistaken identity? Caught the wrong guy or got involved with the wrong guy ? Or were they in a pursuit chase with this guy who they’ve already identified him as a suspect ? If the guy is innocent than the police is wrong for killing him but if the guy took off from the police where they had to chase him as the suspect .. things can happen .. things.can go wrong .. don’t blame someone for your own actions that you chose to do negative things . you woke up that day and decided to do it the consequences can be fatal even accidentally fatal .
The officer made up a story so that's a move into a checkmate…. he can't change what he said so he must admit to guilt..

Cops look for any/every excuse to escalate, ever noticed how even a minor traffic infraction can sometimes lead to 3 or 4 cars on scene. They want/crave the so-called action, it's a game to them and we're all nothing but expendable pawns.

I'd like to know what lead up to this shooting as nothing is ever that cut and dry and the fact the news isn't showing anything before this interaction tells me there is more to the story and the media only wants to show the part they feel will get them the most views leaving out critical information..Remember, cops don't just roll up and start shooting, 99% of ALL interactions start out as a simple traffic stop and only turn deadly when the SUSPECT doesn't COMPLY and tries to FLEE !!!
If you want your loved one's to stop being shot by cops, maybe you should teach your kids to obey the law and they won't put themselves in a situation to have a deadly interaction with police..
