They should have given the same sentence to Dylann Roof. On Death Row, he is probably going to die of Old Age. He is definitely going to use the Appeal process.
Why did they give this man the death penalty? The judge should’ve given him 30 days probation and 100 hours community service if he promised not to do it again.
I'm a bit wary about frequently using capital punishment, but this is an example of a case so heinous that its use is warranted.
