This is why having good air traffic controllers is critical….pilots have to trust there aren't going to be 2 planes in the same space.
planes can fly with out even light it’s on there little control gagues and what not idk what it’s called iv never flown but i have been in a passenger seat of a cesnea and you can for sure land and fly with out sight
