He was riding way above the speed limit.
Isn't it also possible, the driver of the sedan, did in fact see the motorcyclist, and intentionally clip the bike, causing the firy crash. That driver, also likely has some kind of narcissistic, entitled, gaslighting defense, at the ready.
I hope the driver of the CAR who caused this crime was prosecuted!

I'm confused… Wouldn't the car that turned in front of the motorcycle be at fault? H failed to yield the right of way before crossing the center line. Thats how its done here in the states, maybe y'all's is different. Idk?? 😕🤔
