Memphis authorities have confirmed a body found during the search for Eliza Fletcher was identified as the 34-year-old woman who was abducted during a run Friday morning. NBC News’ Jesse Kirsch reports on the new details police have released and the latest charges against the suspect charged with kidnapping Fletcher.

Yet another dangerous, violent criminal released from jail too soon to commit another violent crime! Please carry some form of protection with you. Pepper spray is legal for self-defense in every state.
Some states have regulations on the sale of pepper spray, such as limiting the size or not allowing online sales or shipment (HI is the strictest). In these cases, you can purchase it in-store in places like Walmart, CVS (often at counter), Auto-Zone, & Cabela's. If your state doesn't have restrictions, you can get it anywhere, even Amazon.
Please make sure you always carry pepper spray/ a taser, etc. with you & do not wear headphones, so you're fully aware of your surroundings. Jog against traffic so it's harder for a car to stop & grab you, at least not without you noticing them deliberately stopping. Condolences to Eliza's family and friends. They need to lock that guy up & throw away the key or he'll obviously do it a 3rd time.
