Given how many threats Putin has made this year, including just after the fake referendums when he said he was really serious (not kidding), it seems logical to call it an accident and perhaps even say it was Ukraine that did it. 🙄 Putin is full of threats, but won't take responsibility for this- which is SO weak; but would make him look more stupid to admit if it was Russia. Be it incompetence, defective equipment or 'testing the water', just call it an accident and even say it was Ukraine so that NATO can stay clear of it and let Ukraine keep stomping the orcs.
